Absolutely loved our short stay here, so much so we’re already planning on a return trip in 2023 Everything you could need to make it feel like your own home.

It is so clean you’d think you were the first people to stay there Lovely touches with Christmas decorations and absolutely no light pollution at night, sit and see the stars in the night sky.

Fabulous week with our grown up children at the farmhouse.

The place is very clean and well looked after. The wine and chocolate was a great touch. The beds are very comfortable and the towels are soft. The farmhouse is in a beautiful setting with well kept grounds and the added bonus of friendly cats and dogs. It is in a great location, close to Windermere and Coniston and the coast. The town of Ulverston is a short car journey away with loads of places to eat and drink and a few good shops. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Absolutely loved this property and was perfect for us (8 adults, 1 infant) to be together and celebrate a family members 30th birthday.

Amazing property, gorgeous views, lush hot tub, really really great for family get togethers. Ulverston town was a lovely little place to visit & we particularly loved that this cottage was good for visiting the Lake District but also a few coastal towns.

The hot tub was a favourite with us all, especially my 3 year old-Jimmy! We Love the Lakes!
